Project Superintendent (San Antonio / Houston)

Position Summary: Project superintendent to work on complex commercial projects, with an emphasis on Healthcare projects. This position will oversee construction of the project in the field, providing leadership to field foreman, and ensure successful completion of trade work. The superintendent will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality completion of the construction process.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction
  • Experience with Healthcare projects including hospital, laboratories and vivariums
  • Experience directing and coordinating trades
  • Knowledge of construction principles/practices
  • Previous experience working with a Project Management team
  • College degree in Construction Management or Engineering a plus
  • A positive work history is required
