Commercial New Construction Superintendent (New York City)

   

Superintendent for new construction. Best opportunity in New York City for a qualified superintendent with 10+ years of experience in new construction. Concrete and steel as well as vertical work experience a must. New York City Site Safety License a plus. Knowledge of New York City codes helpful, products are primarily high end condos and high end apartments. This position may very well lead the a position of general super with a company that currently has about $1B of work on the books and offices around the country. Must be computer literate and be able to run job meetings and deal with architects and engineers successfully as well as maintain schedules and deal with subcontractor issues. Salary is market or above.
