Superintendent (Commercial): New York City
   

Superintendent for very busy General Contractor with a $300M backlog in NYC. Must have NYC experience without exception building block and plank 10+/- story residential projects as the superintendent in charge. Must have a minimum of 15+ years experience and have working relationships with DOB, expeditors and inspectors. Should be computer literate and have a NYC Superintendents License, NYC Site Safety License a plus. Majority of projects are in the Bronx so knowledge of Bronx subcontractors a big plus. Must be able to deal with and manage union and non-union subcontractors, architects and engineers and meet project milestones without exception. Market rate salary and excellent benefits.
