Qualifications: Must have turnkey experience running $25m-$100m, steel and concrete, mid-rise commercial, residential mixed-use projects. Stick construction experience is a plus. This individual must have a proven ability to complete projects on schedule.

$200m Builder/Developer who owns more than 4 Million square feet in DC metro is looking for a Senior Superintendent to run large projects. The perfect fit will be an individual with a high level of integrity and strong work ethics.
