Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (San Jose)

   

Qualifications: Must have experience managing projects in excess of 45 Million in Institutional, Transportation, or Commercial. This position is designed for an individual who has managed a staff of at least 5-10 subordinates. Ideally this candidates´ “total portfolio” should be around 500 Million. Must have a technical background with a “General Contractor,” please do not apply if you are currently at a fee based Construction Management company or an Owner/Developer firm.
