Senior Project Manager (Healthcare & Institutional Projects): San Antonio
   

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join San Antonio´s largest and best Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractor. This is an opportunity for a Leader in the industry! My client has the proven capabilities required to plan and construct the most cost-effective plan for all projects. My client offers exceptional compensation package and above industry employee benefit package.

Position Summary:

The Sr. Project Manager will provide overall management direction for existing projects and future projects. Plan, organize and staff key field positions. Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy. Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of onsite Superintendent or other Project Managers to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures. Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client. Supervise the work of Project Managers as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years in Healthcare or Institutional project management experience in projects in size of $30 mill +.
  • Proven steady history of employment in the industry
  • Appropriate licenses
  • College degree in Construction Management and/or BS in Mechanical Engineering
