Senior MEP Project Engineer & Senior Architectural Project Engineer (Northern / Central New Jersey)

International General Contractor /Construction Manager company with offices across the US has a need for a Senior MEP Project Engineer and Senior Architectural Project Engineer who will supervise on-site project engineers, set up initial contracts and project information in PMIS, receive, review, forward and track status of submittals. This person would assist in management of project permit process and in the preparations of bid packages and procurement as well as update construction schedules from field information. Track and inspect material deliveries, compile reports regarding financial performance of the project and assist in the preparation of monthly owner project status reports. Should have knowledge of Prolog, Suretrak or Primavera. BS in Construction Management or Engineering and 5 to 7 years experience. These positions are not temporary but career focused. Excellent working conditions, salary and benefits. PEs from sub contractors please respond also. There is no design work involved in these positions. Project range from $50M up to $1B. MEP PE will be responsible for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing of projects and Architectural PE for all architectual and structural aspects of projects.
