Senior Interior Project Manager (Metro Washington DC)

   

Well-established General Contractor, $250m company in the Washington DC metropolitan area continues their steady progressive growth. They are in need of a Senior Project Manager for its Interiors Group. The individual will be someone with the drive to become the second man in charge of their Interior Division. Salary to commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have multiple project experience with high-end commercial interior projects ranging from $500,000-$5M
  • Type A personality with client friendly attitude
  • Strong people and organization skills with the ability to run their own jobs and supervise teams on other projects
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred.
