Senior Construction Estimator (Los Angeles)

   

Builder Developer and General Contractor in the Southern California Market who specializes in construction of hospitality, institutional, healthcare, office, residential, and mix-use projects with annual revenues of over $400 million seek Senior Estimators and Mid-level Construction Estimators.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years experience working for commercial General Contractors in the Southern California
  • Experience working in all 16 divisions on projects ranging from $10m to $50m
  • Experience with private clients in a negotiated capacity.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an assertive personality.
  • Degree preferred
