Senior Estimator (Chicago)
   

Opportunity to work with a well-established Chicago General Contractor with a broad scope of projects on the commercial side of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Estimating, take-off, and pricing self performed elements.
  • Individual must be able to assemble proposals for customers as well as prepare for contingency/risk assessments.
  • Knowledge to solicit and evaluate subcontractors.
  • Professional degree and or license a plus. Timberline a plus.
