$250m General Contractor in Richmond, Virginia known for client satisfaction is in search of project superintendents. These individuals will be responsible to maintain safety and quality at project site while enhancing client relationships and maintaining superior reputation of the firm.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 yrs commercial construction; office, education, warehouse facilities
  • Turnkey project experience on jobs $8-$10m
  • Excellent leadership, communication, computer and interpersonal skills
  • Degree preferred
  • LEED certified is a plus
