Project Managers / Superintendents: National Harbor Project: Washington DC
   

General Contractor with multiple projects at the National Harbor is searching for dynamic individuals to become core players in their firm. Ground floor opportunity with established growing firm.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience building hotel, condo, or office mix-use commercial projects
  • Experience with new construction $20m+ or fast tracked multiple-floor interiors is essential
  • Strong people and organization skills with the ability to lead a team
  • Knowledge/experience of building on a waterfront is a plus
  • Degree preferred
