Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Metro DC)

A local, privately owned general contractor that prides itself in providing award-winning service. An industry leader, a founding member of the US Green Building Council, and part of the original committee that helped spearhead the US Green Building Council's LEED green building rating system. With more than 30 years locally they have grown to over $200m in annual revenues and a backlog of work over $150m.

Qualifications:

Out of the ground commercial construction project experience $15m-$40m
Commercial mix; office, education; k-12, private, institutional
Federal and local government experience
5-7 years experience as lead Project Manager running turnkey projects
Bachelors degree in construction related field is preferred
