Project Manager / Senior Project Manager: (Metro DC)

   

National design-build development firm working in office, industrial, institutional, retail, multifamily, and government sectors is in search of a Manager with large urban mix-use retail center experience. Project consists of 145,000 sq ft multi-family, retail and office space on a 30 acre site in Northern Virginia.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in construction related field
