Construction Project Manager / Construction Senior Project Manager Jobs (Northern New Jersey)

   

Our client, a rapidly growing general contractor in northern New Jersey is looking to fill a position of Project Manager or Senoir Project Manager (depending on experience) that can grow with the company and be spun off to run a satellite office in short order. Their projects range from large warehouses/distribution centers, banks (both new and renovations), new construction of commercial office buildings and interior renovations. The company is well financed by a national developer with mid term goals of opening offices nationally.

The right candidate will have project experience similar to theirs and be an aggressive type “A” personality with the ability to sell the company's services to new clients. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity for an equity position after proving him/herself on their ability to run projects effectively and profitability ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Degree in Construction related field very helpful, must be computer literate, have a good knowledge of the New Jersey sub contractor base and be able to take a project from start to completion including punch list items, work independently with corporate oversight. Minimum of 7 years project management experience in the NJ market place. If interested please include resume, project list and references.
