Project Manager: Federal Experience (Washington DC)

A 20 year old, local commercial contractor located in Washington DC, with $30M in annual revenues who specializes in design build federal govt and military renovation work.

Job Description:
Responsible for management of three to five project sites; overseeing subcontractors, development and tracking of schedule and maintaining budgets.

Qualifications:
Federal government and or military project experience Lead PM on $3M to $5M renovation projects Design build experience Construction related degree preferred Experience on projects up to $10M is plus Must live in DC metropolitan area
