Program Manager (Bioscience Lab): Boston
   

Our client in Boston is a Construction management firm who is looking for a Program Manager to function as an owners representative in coordination of design through construction for a $1 Billion bio/life sciences center. They will oversee contractors in protection of owner’s interests. They will manage a team of CM, estimating and scheduling personnel. They will also have regular interface and reporting responsibility to internal facilities and capital projects personnel at the client. Previous experience with bio labs, medical facilities or clinical research facilities a plus. Otherwise, large project experience ($200M +) with higher educational institutions.
