Preconstruction Manager: (Washington DC)

   

Opportunity to work with a well-established local builder leading a design team during design and permitting stage of design/build projects in the $5M-$60M range.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in the design or construction management fields.
  • Constructability knowledge essential. Knowledge of federal contracting important.
  • Knowledge of Washington/Baltimore area permitting a plus.
  • Professional degree and or license a plus.
