Preconstruction Estimator: (Washington DC / Baltimore)
   

Opportunity to work with a well-established local developer-builder in preconstruction of projects in the $20M-$75M range. Firm has a great deal of work in their pipeline; in house projects as well as third party developers.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years experience in estimating.
  • Constructability knowledge essential. Knowledge of federal contracting a plus.
  • Knowledge of Washington/Baltimore area permitting a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred
