Manager of New Business Development (Multifamily): Southeastern U.S.

   

Regional builder/developer of apartment communities has an opportunity for a Multifamily professional to evaluate development opportunities and to assist in the startup of new communities throughout the Southeast. Must have in-market experience (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee) and understand the apartment business. The candidate must have the capability of performing analysis for presentation to management and the experience to assist regional managers in the development process as well as the construction and operational phases.
