Multifamily Director/Vice President of Construction Jobs (Southeastern U.S.)

   

Multifamily Builder/Developer located in the Southeast.

Multiple major projects in startup or ongoing - $90 million value.

Candidate must have a strong Multifamily construction background.

Will have overall management responsibility of company's construction activities. Construction is for company owned properties, managed and rented by client. Projects are wood frame construction, 3-4 stories. HUD D-4 financing.

60% travel as needed to visit sites and Project Managers (Project Managers have 2-3 projects each).

Compensation: Base $125-$150, Bonus up to 30%, car provided. Excellent benefits.

Will relocate.
