Mid-Level Estimator (Central / Northern New Jersey)

Very active Regional General Contractor in central/northern New Jersey has a need for a mid level estimator who has experience in restaurant/drug store and commercial projects to $5M each. Must scope all trades, have the ability to prepare bids based on plans and specs, have Timberline experience as well as Microsoft spreadsheet ability. Must have experience in dealing with owners and sub contractors and preparing RFI's and handling 3 bids at once. This is a growth opportunity as the company is expanding rapidly. Very good salary, 401k, vehicle allowance, bonuses, medical/dental insurance and paid holidays and vacation. Degree not necessary but helpful.
