Senior Estimator: Commercial Construction (Metro Washington DC)

   

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leader in the industry who values and understands the needs and expectations of all members of the building team from the laborer to the project owner. This family owned general contractor is well-established, with strong systems and the tools to get the job done.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 yrs experience with general contractor in DC market
  • Experience in conceptual and hard bid, commercial interior and base building projects up to $50 million
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree preferred
