Mechanical Service Manager: Charlotte

The Client is a small to mid-sized full service Mechanical Contractor in the Charlotte, NC area. They have been in business for over 10 years and their revenues have been averaging around $15M a year. They are looking to grow their existing Service Division from $3M to $5M - $7M in the next couple years. Because of this they are aggressively seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Manager.

The successful candidate must have 5 to 10 years or more of experience in running and building a Mechanical Service group and be accustomed to creating business plans; budgets; purchasing; AP/AR; inventory control; dispatching operations and maintaining profitability. Prior experience with an "at risk" Mechanical Contractor is required. Prior experience in the field would be a plus.

It is essential for the successful candidate to have a background in Mechanical Construction and/or Mechanical Service environment in the commercial, institutional, industrial and hospitality arenas. It would be a plus if the individual also had prior experience in the retail, high tech and/or healthcare markets also.

This is a full time salaried position with opportunity for continued growth and advancement potential with a full service Mechanical Contractor. There will be annual reviews and potential for continued growth and advancement.
