Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Director : Western U.S.

Qualifications

The successful Project Manager will have the following experience for this position: A minimum of (5) to (7) years or more in Mechanical project management experience in the Mechanical construction industry with specific project experience in the Base Building environment.

Any additional experience with lab and service work would be a plus. The average project size ranges from $750K to $5.5M. The individual must be capable of running multiple projects with fast track schedules at the same time and should have a track record of success. He/she must have the ability to review and process submittals; RFIs; COs; and daily correspondence; subcontractor and vendor invoices. Also must have experience with full P&L responsibilities and must be customer oriented and be capable of making decisions under pressure.

The ideal candidate should be computer literate and familiar with MS Office at a minimum. He/she must be a self-starter with a high level of integrity and be relationship driven. Should be motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills; and have the qualities of a leader with an integral knowledge of the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will be an immediate impact player.

The individual will be responsible for developing and growing a strong customer base utilizing a combination of existing clients and establishing new clients. The Client has a very high sense of urgency and is ready to hire immediately. This will be a one interview-to-offer process. The Client has a very aggressive compensation program and it is commensurate with experience.
