Lead Estimator (Washington DC)

Ground floor opportunity with a top 50 ENR Contractor in MD/DC metropolitan area is searching for an estimator with preconstruction experience. This is a new position due to company growth in this market.

Qualifications:

10 years experience with commercial projects in the $20 to $50 million range
Lead estimator able to handle all aspects of preparing budgets and hard bids on variety of projects including commercial office, institutional, hospitality and mixed-use.
Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred
