Senior Estimator: Bio Pharma (Metro Washington DC)

   

Excellent opportunity to work with a leader in the industry who values and understands the needs and expectations of all members of the building team. This mid-size general contractor is well-established, with strong systems and tools. They are in search of a senior estimator with strong MEP background who can lead-up their bio-tech and pharmaceutical projects in preconstruction as well as the MEP portion on other large projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 yrs experience with commercial contractor in the Washington DC market
  • Preconstruction experience, with strength in mechanical
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Related Degree preferred
