Residential Land Development Manager Jobs (Maryland / Virginia)

   

Our client seeks a Land Development Manager to develop land for luxury home communities.

Manage the field forces and control the budget for site development for residential communities. Prepare estimates for all site work, negotiate contracts with contractors, schedule and oversee superintendents.

Qualifications:
Prefer BSCE or equivalent with 5+ years experience in site development. Residential background is optional.
