General Superintendent/Field Services Manager (San Francisco)

One of the top 25 companies (not general contractors, but overall companies) in the Bay is searching for a senior level Superintendent/General Superintendent to manage their Field Services for their new division.

This company is local to the Bay Area and prides itself in providing award-winning service to its clients; they have a great reputation within industry (from other general contractors and sub-contractors). They are leading the way for LEED (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) in the Bay area and are taking on a new division focused on Seismic Retrofitting and Historical Renovation. With backlogs of work exceeding 200MM+ they need a strong young leader who can help to grow this division.

Qualifications:

• Out of the ground commercial construction project experience $5-40MM
• Commercial mix; office; Seismic retrofitting/Historical Renovation (definite plus); education (higher); Multi-family experience
• Private sector only!!! Please no hard bid applicants; they are a negotiated contractor and they are not interested in hard bid applicants (if you have had hard bid in the past and are currently doing negotiated, please feel free to apply)
• Must be a team player
• 7-10 years experience in the Commercial construction industry (as Superintendent)
• Bachelors degree in construction related field is preferred (but definitely not necessary, experience is the most important)
