General Manager: Electrical Construction (Northern Florida)

Duties:

Manage an office staff of five to seven including Estimators

Train, mentor Project Managers and Estimators

Oversight of ALL estimating, marketing/business development in the Carolina's and Northern Florida

Requirements:

Degree is strongly preferred in Construction Management and/or Business.

May have a background in either Union or open shop

10 to 20 years experience with prior field experience; and prior experience as a Project Manager and have extensive experience in Estimating

Must currently be or previously have been a General Manager of an “at risk” Electrical Contractor

Must be hands on; experience in delegating and followup/through and managing a staff of PM's and Estimators.

Must have integrity

Should have experience in the heavy commercial, institutional and government arenas having worked on projects from $550k to $15m.

Accustomed to travel.
