REQUIREMENTS
Your Specific Responsibilities:
- Sell and market in an assigned territory, building a pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently achieving and/or exceeding your assigned quotas and revenue objectives
- Source and stay abreast of competitive industry and market intelligence, providing feedback for lead generation, to support recommendations, for sales positioning and to identify developing opportunities
- Prospecting for new customers in person and via the telephone
- Understanding client’s business needs and providing appropriate solutions to match those needs
- Managing database of current clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed daily activity, sales and collections goals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both on the phone and in person
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Sales and/or consultative experience required
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Proven prospecting skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
Qualified candidates will be trained. Promotion is performance based. Construction industry or recruiting experience preferred, but we will train motivated candidates. You will need strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. Attention to detail, organization, and strong computer skills are a must.
