Company Description: A well-established, local general contractor with strong established market niche is searching for a senior level, chief-estimator.

Qualifications:

Experience with government estimating and proposals, new construction and renovation projects
Proficient with on-line estimating programs
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with project teams
Technical writing skills is a plus
Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred
