Director of Construction/Regional Manager (High-Rise Condo Projects): Northeast U.S.

   

Director of Construction/Regional Manager for a major international developer/builder headquartered in the northeast is looking for an aggressive executive capable of running high rise luxury condo projects in excess of $100M. Our client is opening offices in Texas and California and is looking for the right person to run the office and manage projects and staff as the office grows. The company has an acquisitions division so business development is not important in this position. Experience in similar projects the client produces is a must as well as a degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or structural. Client will relocate the right candidate and the company does not perform third party work. Salary is open for the right person and salary history may be required prior to offer. In addition bonus, superior health and 401K plan and auto allowance are offered.
