Construction Scheduler (Houston)

Position Summary: Project superintendent to work on complex commercial projects, with an emphasis on Healthcare projects. This position will oversee construction of the project in the field, providing leadership to field foreman, and ensure successful completion of trade work. The superintendent will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality completion of the construction process.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5 years+ of Construction scheduling experience required in either Civil or Commercial construction
• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required or the equivalent years of experience in Scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera products / MS office programs
• Excellent knowledge of construction practices and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of negotiated bids, hard bids and GMP processes
• A positive work history is required
