Construction Manager: Southern California

   

Responsibilities will include oversight of renovation of existing commercial projects and new construction for mixed use projects.

The company requires 10 years experience as a Construction Manager or in a supervisory position in the Construction Industry. Must have a Bachelors Degree.

This candidate will need to have worked with Retail driven mixed use projects. The candidate will require on-site, hands on supervisory experience with experience with Commercial projects/Redevelopment and assist in selection of General Contractor and Retail projects.

Candidate will need experience with TI build outs/Build-out standards.

This person will have worked with municipalities/Entitlements. You will be responsible for Budget and cash flow, Project Scheduling, Organization and Phasing. You will be working with Architects, code compliance, create bid packages/Scope of work documents.

Overseeing contactors and sub-contractors. There will be estimating, value Engineering involved. You will need to understand change orders, design/Build projects, Green Building/LEED Certification.
