Chief Estimator (New Orleans)
   

Company Description:
General Contractor with an office in New Orleans whichs has a backlog of more than $150m. This company produces exceptional projects using cutting edge technology and highly skilled personnel. They believe doing what is right for their stakeholders; employees and clients is the secret to their success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 yrs experience in commercial construction working with General Contractors
  • Experience working with Institutional, K-12, Municipal Government, Manufacturing, Retail, or Entertainment projects
  • Lead experience on conceptual and competitive bid projects ranging from $10 to $50M
  • Proven ability to work independently and on a team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BS degree, construction related is preferred
MUST BE LIVING IN NEW ORLEANS, or have a lot of experience working in New Orleans with a commitment to go back
