Assistant Project Manager: (Metro DC)
   

20 year old, mid-size contractor, working in hotel renovation niche is promoting from within and is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to come on board. Company has reputation for taking care of its people; employees, and clients. They also have well-established subcontractor relationships nationally. This firm has a strategic growth plan to double their size in the next five years. They have excellent benefits. They are a great place to work with a corporate office centrally located in the DC market.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to read blueprints and get involved with detailed take offs
  • Have excellent people skills, attention to detail, and good organization skills
  • Must be comfortable with handling inventories, ordering and scheduling deliveries of materials as well as updating project schedule
  • Must be able to travel to across the country as necessary due to needs of projects
  • Degree in construction, architecture, or interior design preferred

We are looking for a driven, assertive individual with a background in construction, or space planning, or interior design. This is a growth opportunity to become involved with an excellent firm in a unique niche.
