Real Estate Acquisitions Manager Jobs (Los Angeles, California & San Francisco, California)

   

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and evaluating new acquisitions opportunities via the brokerage community and other external avenues.
  • Preparing financial analysis on potential acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Involvement in negotiating, closing, and financing acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Supporting all due diligence activities.
  • Performing internal portfolio valuations.
  • Supporting capital raising initiatives by creating presentation materials, participating in presentations, and communicating with potential investors.

Skills:
Candidates should have a proven track record sourcing, negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions with specific emphasis on office and industrial properties. Redevelopment experience a plus. Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working with institutional real estate and a have a degree. Excellent analytical and communications skills are required.
