Construction has begun or is about to start on Wood Partners' developments in Uptown, Las Colinas, near downtown and in Frisco.
One of Hanover’s Uptown projects, 1900 McKinney, will have 230 units in 26 stories. The apartment complex is at the intersection of St. Paul Street and McKinney Avenue.
"We've got to have a double-A location or we wouldn't be doing these deals," said C. Todd McCulloch, Wood Partners' Dallas development associate.
